SHIPPING
We at Khaatim.com dispatch all orders within 1 business day after a phone call confirmation with the customers if needed. Our shipping partner will try to establish contact with the customer before the delivery to make sure the availability of the receiver and COD amount. There will be 2 attempts for delivery of the product after which the order will be cancelled. It is appreciated if the customer is available on provided contact information for ease in delivery. We offer two modes of shipping which are as follows:

Standard Shipping:
All orders are delivered within 2-4 business days across Pakistan.

Express Shipping:

All orders are delivered within 12-48 hours across Pakistan. Customers must contact us after placing their order for Express Delivery.


SELF PICKUP

This service is currently limited to Lahore only. Orders can be collected 1-12 hour after the order has been placed. Customers must contact us after placing their order to coordinate the pick up time.
 

RETURNS
We are happy to issue a full refund on any product that has been purchased from Khaatim.com and is received faulty or damaged by the customers within 30 days after delivery. Items can be returned only unused with original packaging in mint condition. We will not assume the liability for damage or loss during shipment back to us. Once the product is received, it is inspected by our team. If the item is declared as defected by our quality inspection team, we will return the original amount and bear the shipping cost. Refunds will be issued by Bank transfer, JazzCash, Easyaisa or SadaPay based on customer preference within 24 hours. Customers can apply for the return or cancelation of the order on their Khaatim Account.

Note: Change of mind is not a valid reason for return. 

 

EXCHANGE
You can exchange the product if there is a size problem on the products within 5 business days after delivery. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused and in original packaging otherwise the exchange will not be processed. Khaatim.com will not assume the liability for damage or loss during shipment back to us. Products will be subject to physical inspection by our team after which a replacement shall be shipped to the customer. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You are requested to contact us before shipping the products back to us.
